There is a tendency especially among newer
There is a tendency (especially among newer teachers) to “over teach” the first side of poses in a sequence and kinda run out of things to say for the second side. Consequentially they don’t hold the second side as long... Most all teachers teach the right side first and that’s the inspiration for my newest class on @alo.moves . “Even out your practice” is comprised of basic common postures where we hold the left side significantly longer than the right to help mitigate a common sequencing imbalance in modern vinyasa flow.
