Wanna remind me why you need “flexible hips” again? For me I need mobile ones for JiuJitsu and they are naturally flexible genetically(my dad and brother who don’t do yoga sit in lotus with ease). But next time your teacher tells you you need more flexible hips ask them why? I would say stable hips and glutes make more sense for your average person but hey that’s just me🤷🏼♀️.
