Chef Paul is fired up just back from celebrating #CARNAVAL in Nice, France where the Fat Tuesday débauche debuted, but his roots are deep in the dirt down south in New Orleans! Come by tomorrow, and eat some of this Crawfish Étouffée he’s stirring up here! Get your steak, chicken or fish blackened! Have some scrimps remoulade on fried green tomatoes, or a piping hot bowl of Gumbo cher!
