This spot is killing it! Their new off the menu burger is a dry aged ribeye, ground a la minute. I loved the course grind and flavor on this burger. The rib cut is split in 4 burgers, and cooked in the scorching hot coals with butter & herbs. It's like nothing you've seen before. Served on a toasted kaiser roll will roasted garlic purée, pickled chilies & oregano, garnished like their Dirty Ribeye. 
This baby is topped with oven charred onions and mixed mushrooms (crimini/ shiitake/oyster) and served with marrow fries, l&t, raw onion and a bold aged cheddar sauce.
It’s off off off the menu. Call ahead to see when they are running this special. 
It’s the price of the ribeye... which usually runs about 110-150 depending on weight. You need to see what this spot is doing, its awesome @antique_bar_bakery
