Yesterday’s Mozzarella class with Chef Paul was a blast! Hoboken has a long and strong history wit da Mutz, and we were happy to share some* of the classic cheese making techniques with the people in the neighborhood! Everyone did a great job! Even the first timers made mutz to be proud of!
What should our next class be?
*Some! Some methods. This is Hoboken kids. It’s not like Penn & Teller revealing tricks to a bunch of magic nerds in velvet jackets. You can’t just go around yappin mutz secrets. We’re talking North Jersey deli guys here. They take their cheese very seriously. If Paul gave all the secrets it would be like a made guy turning states evidence against the Mutz mafia. We had fun yesterday. Let’s just leave it at that.
You’ll just have to come by, or visit all the old school, fantastic and famous Hoboken deli’s for a taste of the action.
