A Queens New York grand jury has return an indictment against Cardi B, according to a source with knowledge of the case against the rapper who told ABC News. While the charges remain unclear at the time of publication, the indictment will not be unsealed until her arraignment Tuesday afternoon.

In the past, Cardi B has faced misdemeanor charges related from a fight at a strip club, where is she accused of throwing bottles and chairs at two bartenders.

Previously, she rejected a plea offer from the DA’s office in Queens, which signaled that additional charges could be brought up if the case was presented to the jury.
