T-Pain laid down some truth on Twitter saying

T-Pain laid down some truth on Twitter, saying Post Malone's "Rockstar" was better off without him-

If you own a radio or have walked in a public place sometime in 2017, chances are you've heard Post Malone's #1 charting Rockstar playing with 21 Savage- when a leaked "remix" version of Rockstar from T-Pain and Joey Bada$$popped up on youtube, the salt patrol was on it in a minute but it turns out, that was the "leak" was the original. In response, T-Pain threw up some social posts actually congratulating Post Malone, saying the track was by far better off with Savage on it and T-Pain off for relevancy's sake. 

Point is, right now 21 Savage is much more relevant than Pain, even if the latter is a legend in his own right- T-Pain said it true; it was likely a move by the label, and T-Pain's presence wouldn't have made Rockstar the longest running #1 song of 2017.
