GOP Senate members have revealed their healthcare bill to repeal the ACA.

While the Senate committee did keep in place the massive cuts to Medicaid and re-evaluated what may or may not be considered pre-existing conditions, cuts were also made to the virtually all of the higher tax-bracket tax increases the ACA had in place to pay for itself, essentially providing a large tax cut for the affluent.
Protesters were outside Mitch McConnell's office to voice their concerns over the proposed legislation; many of the protesters rely upon Medicaid themselves several were in wheelchairs, however they were forcibly removed from the premises. Four Republican Senators have already stated that they cannot vote for the proposed Senate bill.
Sens. Rand Paul of Kentucky, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Ted Cruz of Texas and Mike Lee of Utah said in a joint statement they're "not ready to vote for this bill."
