I know I always emphasize how important protein is. And youโ€™re probably wondering why?โฃ

Protein plays a major role in our body, no matter what the goal is.โฃ

But I want to explain how it is crucial for fat loss.โฃ

As well as contributes to muscle gain/preservation, & the more muscle on your body, the more calories you burn at rest!โฃ
