DUMBBELL ONLY GLUTE WORKOUT➖➖
Happy Saturday fam! It’s been a minute since I posted a workout for y’all, so I wanted to post one today with minimal equipment so here you go 🤗
This can be done in the gym, or at home! So no excuses 😉
I really like supersetting the first two exercises you see, so do those back to back for 3-4 rounds before moving on!
Do 3-4 rounds of each exercise:
➖DB Hip Thrusts: 15-20 reps
➖DB Sumo Squats: 12-15 reps
➖Bulgarian Split Squats: 8-10 each leg
➖DB Deadlifts: 10-12 reps
➖Reverse Lunges: 8-10 each leg
