Full body dumbbell workout was most requested, but I will do more this week of others that y’all requested too 😃⁣

🔹Arnold Press with Iso Hold ⁣
🔹Step Up with Lateral Raise ⁣
🔹Plank Dumbbell Pull Throughs ⁣
🔹Sumo Squat with Bicep Curl ⁣
🔹Shoulder Press to Squeeze Press ⁣
🔹Reverse Lunge with Pulse ⁣
🔹Deadlift to Bent Over Row ⁣

Perform 3-4 sets of each exercise of 8-12 reps! ⁣
