🔹Step Up with Lateral Raise
🔹Plank Dumbbell Pull Throughs
🔹Sumo Squat with Bicep Curl
🔹Shoulder Press to Squeeze Press
🔹Reverse Lunge with Pulse
🔹Deadlift to Bent Over Row
Perform 3-4 sets of each exercise of 8-12 reps!
