Every single one of my clients has a different plan for THEIR success.
Why are you force feeding yourself breakfast when you’re not hungry just to be super hungry at dinner and not have enough macros to satisfy you?
Why are you running when you despise it?
Why are you eating Brussels sprouts when it’s your least favorite food on the planet?
Why are you eating low carb when your favorite foods are carb sources?
Why are you stressing yourself out going to the gym 5 days a week when 3 days a week would be best for your schedule?

THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL.
Some of my clients have flat macros across the board for the week.
Others have 1-2 higher macro days to have a little more flexibility on the weekends.
Some of my clients workout 2-3 days a week.
Others workout 4-5 days a week.
Some of my clients have time for an hour and 15 min workout
Some of my clients have time for a 30 min workout.
Stop trying to fit into a cookie cutter plan.
This is the biggest mistake I see with people trying to lose weight AND keep it off.
If you can’t see yourself doing something for 6 weeks, 6 months, and even 6 YEARS, don’t waste your time!!!
Fitness and nutrition should fit YOUR life, you should not try to squeeze your life into a fitness and nutrition routine that doesn’t fit your life.
It will take trial and error to learn what’s best for you.
It took me time to learn that I don’t need to eat breakfast cause I don’t get hungry until lunch time.
That took me learning from trial and error!!
It’s okay to make mistakes to find what works for you.
This is a marathon. This is the rest of your life.
Don’t rush it.
You don’t have to have it figured out by next week.
It’s not a waste of time to make mistakes and learn.
Find what works specifically for 𝗬𝗢𝗨.
