Good morning and Monday! 🤗⁣

This week starts my new work schedule so I will be getting up earlier, but my work days will be done earlier too so I’m really excited 🙌🏼⁣

I’ll be getting up at 5 am most days of the week. Are you an early morning riser? I never thought I would be but I have become one over the past few years and I love it! ⁣

I also recorded today’s back and shoulders workout for you! Try it out or maybe get some ideas for your own workout program! ⁣

💪🏼Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 5 sets of 10 reps ⁣

💪🏼Overhead Barbell Press - 5 sets of 8 reps ⁣

💪🏼Cable Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 8-10 reps⁣

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝟓 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡: ⁣
💪🏼Curl to Arnold Press - 10 reps ⁣
💪🏼1-1/4 Lateral Raises - 12 reps ⁣
💪🏼Bent Over Reverse Fly - 15 reps ⁣

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡: ⁣
Lateral raises - 10 palms down, 10 neutral, 10 palms up (yes I did 8 each to make it fit in the video, promise I can count) - 3 rounds ⁣

I’m now doing a 25 min walk on the treadmill to help get my steps up for the day! ⁣
