This week starts my new work schedule so I will be getting up earlier, but my work days will be done earlier too so I’m really excited 🙌🏼
I’ll be getting up at 5 am most days of the week. Are you an early morning riser? I never thought I would be but I have become one over the past few years and I love it!
I also recorded today’s back and shoulders workout for you! Try it out or maybe get some ideas for your own workout program!
💪🏼Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 5 sets of 10 reps
💪🏼Overhead Barbell Press - 5 sets of 8 reps
💪🏼Cable Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝟓 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡:
💪🏼Curl to Arnold Press - 10 reps
💪🏼1-1/4 Lateral Raises - 12 reps
💪🏼Bent Over Reverse Fly - 15 reps
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡:
Lateral raises - 10 palms down, 10 neutral, 10 palms up (yes I did 8 each to make it fit in the video, promise I can count) - 3 rounds
I’m now doing a 25 min walk on the treadmill to help get my steps up for the day!
