Today’s leg day was a change up as I did lighter weight for higher reps and my legs were screaming 😩🙌🏼
✖️Barbell Squats - 3 sets of 8 reps and 1 last set of 12 reps (the last set was a killer!)
✖️Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐭 - 𝟑 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬
✖️Barbell Glute Bridges - 12 reps
✖️Weighted Walking Lunges - 12 reps each leg (24 total)
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐭 - 𝟑 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬
✖️Leg Extension - 15-20 reps
✖️Calf Raises - 15-20 reps
