One of my favorite muscle groups to train is quads!
I decided to record this workout to share, and to show what my training looks like at 18 weeks (the exact same just not trying to push as heavy weight as possible)
This workout felt SO GOOD and I’m so glad I’m feeling good and training good so far!

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘁:
✖️Heels Elevated High Bar Squats - 4 sets of 10
✖️Front Foot Elevated Split Squat - 4 sets of 10 each leg (think forward and back, not so much up and down)
✖️Close Stance Bulgarian Split Squats - 4 sets of 10 each leg
✖️Leg Press (feet placed lower) - 4 sets of 12 reps
✖️Single Leg Extensions - 4 sets of 10 each leg
Nothing crazy, nothing fancy. As usual: the BASICS.
Remember, take each rep slow and make them count!
And for those that are dealing with gym intimidation, no one is paying attention to what you’re doing.
Everyone is worried about what THEY are doing.
And if they are judging you.... SCREW ‘EM!!
