Same shirt, almost 4 years difference, much different fit! ⁣

But now if I have a cookie, I enjoy it and move on. ⁣

I used to think I had something “bad” and would say “screw it” and just continue to spiral out. ⁣

Now if I want a cookie, I log a cookie, eat it, enjoy it, and move on! ⁣

I’ve never felt like I’ve had this type of food freedom, and it’s the best feeling in the world. I can eat the foods I love and still hit my goals! #flexibledieting ⁣
