Sometimes having a cell phone nearby 24/7 can be draining and overwhelming. It’s important to take a break sometimes. I got to do that earlier today in Arkansas. There was 0 reception and I felt a calmness wash over me. A couple hours to meditate, breathe, and be in nature was exactly what I needed.
