A car accident early Thursday near Miami left Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Kendrick Norton with serious injuries that required the amputation of his left arm. Norton's agent confirmed the news in a tweet and requested fans "continue to pray for him."
The 22-year-old's Ford F250 overturned after hitting a concrete barrier on State Road 836. A Maserati was also involved in the crash, but the driver was unharmed.
