Cat/cow... very often this movement is unknowingly taught to be initiated from the TL junction. A healthy spine is pretty darn important so swipe left for a quick suggestion on these movements in order to steer away from spinal movement being initiated from the mid back. Lemme know how it goes if you give it a try.
