Core work doesn’t just mean abs. Think of your body like an apple, then strengthen everything around its core. Don’t get me wrong superficial ab work if great it makes us feel stronger, more stable and in many cases provides a nicer sense of confidence… but that’s only 1 part of your “core”. Anyways just keep that in mind when you take a class and the teacher says ur gonna do core work and it’s only abs😳. Just sayin #coremaxchallenge
