Right Now
The last 6 weeks of starting fresh after over a decade teaching somewhere else and being content in my comfort zone has been beyond humbling. Thanks to all of you following along on this wild ride whether that be in person or online. I’m always on the hunt to learn new and fresh things/ideas/concepts and this new space has been no different. The space we have created is truly evolving my stance on many things yoga and movement… I appreciate your trust in this evolution. THANK YOU.
