Do the holidays stress you out? ⁣

I have a few reminders for you. ⁣

Please remember that a few days enjoying the holidays won’t mess anything up. ⁣

A few days on track doesn’t give you incredible results, and the same goes for the days “off track.” ⁣

Please don’t sit around and stress yourself out. ⁣

There is more to food than just calories.⁣

It’s time with family and loved ones.⁣

It’s traditions that don’t need to be broken.⁣

It’s memories made with the ones you love. ⁣

And you can do that without eating everything in sight. ⁣

The beauty of flexible dieting is you can have these foods whenever you want! ⁣

They will still be there next week and they don’t all need to be eaten RIGHT NOW.⁣

You aren’t a garbage can. ⁣

Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full.⁣

And most important, have fun and relax. ⁣

There’s no need to stress yourself out over something that won’t make a difference in the work you’ve been putting in. ⁣

You don’t have to do excessive cardio to “burn off” the foods you enjoy.⁣

Just enjoy yourself. ⁣

No guilt, no shame.⁣

And move on. ♥️⁣

I will not be tracking a dang thing today or tomorrow. ⁣

I track 95% of the year and these next 2 days won’t make a difference.⁣
