You can’t be upset over the results you’re not getting for the work you’re not putting in.
Look, fat loss is 𝘏𝘈𝘙𝘋.
It takes time, patience, dedication, consistency, and grit.
You can’t just put in the work only when you feel like it and expect to have amazing results.
You can’t give 50% effort and expect 100% of the results.
This is why it’s SO important to find a sustainable way of living.
Because fat loss is hard enough as it is, and throw in the factor of taking a route that is not suitable for you...
That’s a recipe for failure.
If you love carbs, I don’t suggest doing low carb to lose weight.
If you hate cardio, I don’t suggest doing lots of cardio to lose weight.
If you hate intermittent fasting, I don’t suggest doing it.
Find what you enjoy and put in the damn work.
Cause regardless, there will be times that are HARD.
There will be times you want to just quit.
But that will get you results 0% of the time.
If it was easy, everyone would be in the best shape of their life.
Put in the work.
Day in and day out.
Keep going when you mess up.
Be patient AF.
Be as consistent as possible.
Do it when you don’t feel like it.
Treat your goals as a top priority and you WILL see results.
Believe that you can do hard things and watch what you can accomplish.
