What’s a calorie deficit? Eating less calories than your body burns.

Anyways, there is no perfect food, food combination, or elimination of foods that will magically make you lose weight.
It’s a very simple concept. (I said simple, not easy!)
So next time Debbie from work tells you don’t eat fruit cause sugar and carbs makes you fat, tell Debbie to shove it.

There are no fat burning foods, and it’s just as silly to call a food a “superfood.”
Have a well rounded diet, eat in a calorie deficit if you wanna shed some fat, and strength train to preserve that muscle mass. 💪🏼
