Okay that’s a bit dramatic, but y’all, this leg workout killed me in the best way possible.
And I don’t know about you, but I love a good lower body day 🥵

🌀Hack Squat - 5 sets of 8 reps (go heavy!)
🌀Hip Thrust Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps
🌀Barbell Reverse Deficit Lunges - 4 sets of 8 each leg
🌀Heels Elevated Goblet Squat - 4 sets of 15 reps
🌀Glute Emphasized Back Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps (keeping the back rounded and squeeze glutes!)
Don’t be afraid to try to lift heavier, I bet you can lift more than you think 👏🏼
