ENDEXX Corporation (Other OTC:EDXC.PK), provider of VisualBoardBooks' ePortal XRM Technology, announced today that the company will launch its official corporate web-site later this month. The robust, best-of-breed website is designed to act as a network to both supply information and act as an e-portal for executives and corporate governance professionals.

The company's new website integrates the functionality of www.visualboardbooks.com, the website for the company's flagship product VisualBoardBooks, into the new, significantly larger, information-rich corporate site. ENDEXX has directed its web-based traffic to www.visualboardbooks.com since it entered into the corporate governance market in early 2005.
