GBS/Pure Air Control Services Awarded GSA Contract to Perform HVAC Environmental Cleaning at Federal Courthouse
After the completion of the project the GSA building manager stated that she “would like to thank both contractors for an outstanding job! I am very pleased with the outstanding success of this project.”
Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Government Business Solutions (GBS) and Pure Air Control Services teamed up to provide General Services Administration (GSA) environmental cleaning of the HVAC system at the Ft Lauderdale Federal Courthouse. The two (2) month project consisted of environmental cleaning of approximately 6,000 linear ft of ductwork, cleaning two (2) air handling systems and relining some internal insulation. This environmental cleaning has enabled GSA to improve indoor air quality (IAQ), save energy on utilities as a result of environmentally clean coils and expanded the existing life safety system of the building to provide additional protection to building occupants.
The systems were cleaned at budget and on time. After the completion of the project the GSA building manager stated that she “would like to thank both contractors for an outstanding job! I am very pleased with the outstanding success of this project.”
