Your refundable amount will be displayed in your JetBlue account under Travel Bank Credit if you change or cancel your flight prior to take off. Future flights with JetBlue Airways may use this credit.
In the event of the passing of the ticketed individual and the passenger who is a companion or travelling with the deceased individual, full reimbursements are possible. The travel companion may then submit the death certificate documentation within 14 days of the cancellation request being made.
Please note, not all flights are included in the refundable fare.
