We offer custom automated finishing systems that feature manual or powered conveyors in floor-mounted and overhead configurations. We can provide pre-treatment via manual wash stations or multi-stage automated washers, as well as options that utilize media blasting. We also offer a variety of dry-off oven configurations that can be optimized specifically for your site.
For powder application, our spray booths are second to none. We offer only brand name manual and automated gun systems designed to meet each client’s specific needs. These guns can be mated to any of our 200+ catalog booths, or integrated into a custom design. All of our booths feature powder-specific airflow and can be configured for reclaim or spray-to-waste applications.
At the heart of our automated systems are our industry-leading curing ovens. Our incredibly fuel efficient gas ovens feature proprietary forced induction burner systems with unmatched turn-down ratios. This technology makes a dramatic difference in the operator’s ability to precisely control over the oven’s performance—directly reducing fuel waste and improving company profits.
