Slide 1: my suggestion on how to modify the “dancing warrior” sequence to make it more accessible with proper form (cut out warrior 1)

Rest of slides: note the the difference in LENGTH of these postures that is commonly not cued, but rather only the adjustment of heel to heel/heel to arch etc depending on what you teach. Eliminated a fairly under cued transition that has half a breath on the breath-count makes this flow sequence far more efficient and accessible properly (in my opinion).
