Teacher and student alike it’s very easy to sit in the joints. These slides are of fairly common postures... but notice how weird they look?!??? Try to take a class that you teach or take and DO NOT lock out the elbow or knee once the entire time. Not only will this give you an appreciation and better understanding for proper muscular engagement in the postures, but also keep you in the present moment. Your habits will want you to straighten and your ego as well Bc it’s fucking hard😉. Give it a whirl and lmk what ya think:)
