Yoga is simply A tool not THE tool for many things physical and mental. As a student clear expectations will help to avoid disappointment. For the goals I often hear students reference... supplementing with other practices like resistance training, mobility work, cardiovascular exercise and meditation seem to be the most direct route to achieving your goals. Don’t be the teacher that promises everything knowing damn well you can only offer a piece of the puzzle. Making your students dependent upon you in spite of their actual goals is bad juju.
