3 ingredient salted caramel fudge squares🤤
I keep a batch in my freezer at all times for when I get a 🍪 craving so I wanted to share this healthy alternative with you all!
Recipe:
•13 large medjool dates
•1/2 cup sunflower seed butter •pinch of sea salt
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it’s a thick fudgey paste. Line a loaf dish/pan with parchment paper and evenly spread the fudge mixture out until it’s flat and smooth. I used a spoon at first but then found it easier to use my hands—I just made sure to keep wetting them so the fudge didn’t stick to me. Place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight, then with a wet knife cut the fudge into squares, top with an extra pinch of sea salt, and serve/eat immediately. Keep what you’re not eating in the freezer :)
