Pineapple oh how I love you I’ve been eating pineapple everyday, fresh 😍 or frozen, for the past few months as a compliment to eating raw and I think it has played a big role in helping me finally make my way back to a weight/shape I’m comfortable with (after about a year of detox weight gain). It of course makes smoothies so sweet and flavorful but also it’s nutritional makeup helps burn fat and tone the stomach (as per @medicalmedium information). It’s not something that happens over night but like you always hear me say, consistency is key 🔑
