Are you treating your goals like a hobby
Are you treating your goals like a hobby?
Or are you prioritizing them?
If you’re treating them like a hobby, then it’s going to reflect as a hobby.
If you only do it when you feel like it, it’s not gonna get you very far.
Priority.
That’s what has to kick in for you to see the results you are wanting.
Hitting your macros Monday through Thursday when it’s easy to, and blowing it all weekend isn’t making it a priority.
It’s easier to order food in when you don’t feel like cooking, but that isn’t making your goals a priority.
Prioritizing your actions means doing it even when you don’t feel like it.
It means making sacrifices.
You can’t give half effort and expect full results.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
So if you don’t CHOOSE to prioritize your goals on the weekends, nothing is going to change.
If you don’t CHOOSE to hit your macros even when you don’t feel like it, nothing is going to change.
If you don’t CHOOSE to go to the gym when motivation is low, nothing is going to change.
Stop waiting for motivation. Stop waiting for your goals to fall into your lap.
You have to prioritize them in order to get there.
So what do you choose?
Hobby, or priority?
