And if they are judging you for whatever reason, that says more about them than it does about you!⁣

Put on your favorite gym outfit, make a bomb playlist, stick those headphones in your ears, and crush your workout!⁣

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s how we learn!⁣

I’ve asked for help before and I’ve been asked for help, it’s 100% normal 👏🏼⁣

The more you go, the more comfortable you’ll get and you’ll forget you were ever intimidated in the first place!⁣
