I am so ready to feel like my normal self again 😅
I haven’t been to the gym in like a month because of my back.
I’m ready for more mobility, less back pain, less feeling out of breath, less puffy, lol.
I am planning to get back to the gym, even if it’s a couple days a week for a light workout.
I’m going crazy without it 🤣
I know people say you will miss pregnancy but I don’t know if I will 😂🥴
Once she’s here, I’m ready to work on some goals (when the time is right and I’m cleared and take my time getting back into it)
But it’s exciting thinking of the goals I have for myself.
Yes, I have physical goals (I’ll have my wedding 7 months later 😬)
But I’m ready to get my strength back.
I’m ready to FEEL GOOD again! I don’t feel horrible and I shouldn’t be complaining, but if you’ve been pregnant then you know the feeling lol.
I can sit here and think of how it’s going to be hard to hit my goals, and how it’s going to take discipline and sacrifice, I can sit and think about how it’s going to take time…
Or I can be excited for the challenge.
Excited to better myself. Physically and mentally.
Fat loss doesn’t have to be miserable.
If you think you’re gonna be miserable, and it’s gonna be too hard, you’re setting yourself up for failure.
Go in with a growth mindset.
Ready to learn, grow, be better, be more resilient, and ready to tackle the hard stuff.

If you think you’re a failure, you’re right.
It’s okay to fail. Learn from it. Pick yourself back up. Try again!
We only fail when we give up.
So for all of you working on your goals, KEEP GOING. 👏🏼
