Do the holidays stress you out?
I have a few reminders for you.
Please remember that a few days enjoying the holidays won’t mess anything up.
A few days on track doesn’t give you incredible results, and the same goes for the days “off track.”
Please don’t sit around and stress yourself out.
There is more to food than just calories.
It’s time with family and loved ones.
It’s traditions that don’t need to be broken.
It’s memories made with the ones you love.
And you can do that without eating everything in sight.
The beauty of flexible dieting is you can have these foods whenever you want!
They will still be there next week and they don’t all need to be eaten RIGHT NOW.
You aren’t a garbage can.
Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full.
And most important, have fun and relax.
There’s no need to stress yourself out over something that won’t make a difference in the work you’ve been putting in.
You don’t have to do excessive cardio to “burn off” the foods you enjoy.
Just enjoy yourself.
No guilt, no shame.
And move on. ♥️
I will not be tracking a dang thing today or tomorrow.
I track 95% of the year and these next 2 days won’t make a difference.
