𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 👇🏼
I started my cut in September this year and here are my results so far.
I started with my calories well above 2,000 and haven’t had to make any drastic macro cuts yet (I am below 2,000 calories now though).
@mycoachlacy has been helping me through this cut (yes, coaches have coaches too!)
Even through the holidays and all that, one thing I have done to get results:
Consistency
Has everyday been perfect?
Of course not.
But MOST of the time I’m on my game.
If perfection was required, we would all fail.
There is also only like a 3-5 lb difference between these 2 photos!
But you can see it in my legs, waist, and arms for sure.
I strength train 5-6 days a week (that’s what works for me and my schedule - and have been doing that for a couple years now) and have a step goal of 7,500.
The only formal cardio I do is 10 min incline walk before and after my lifts that she added in recently.
Nothing crazy 🤗
My life isn’t consumed by hours of working out.
I don’t eat super low calories.
Just a solid, sustainable plan.
Just wanted to remind you that you can get results without crazy intense protocols.
What you need is just consistency!
Just wanted to share my cut update with you and will share another update when I get to the end of my cut!
Taking my cut as if my wedding was still in February, to get a better idea of what I can spend improving (and building) when I take myself out of a deficit for a while before cutting again before my wedding in December!
Which is just another reminder: you shouldn’t always be dieting!
Anyways, hope this helps and if you have any questions, drop it in the comments 💕
