This one was a fun one! It only took me about 45-50 minutes too! ⁣⁣⁣🙌🏼

Here’s everything that I did: ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Banded Hip Thrusts - 3 sets of 8 reps ⁣⁣⁣
(Keep your chin tucked on hip thrusts) ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Weighted Reverse Lunges - 3 sets of 8 reps each leg ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Superset - 3 rounds: ⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Sumo Kettlebell Squats - 15 reps ⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Dumbbell Single Leg Deadlift - 8 reps each leg ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Banded Side Steps - 1 round 45 seconds ⁣
⚡️Banded Glute Bridges - 1 round 50 reps ⁣(Keep chin tucked, and notice how I dig my shoulders and elbows into the ground so I can push up and out simultaneously) ⁣

⚡️Bent Over Hip Abductions - 25 reps ⁣⁣⁣
⚡️Straight Up Hip Abductions - 25 reps ⁣⁣
