This one was a fun one! It only took me about 45-50 minutes too! 🙌🏼
Here’s everything that I did:
⚡️Banded Hip Thrusts - 3 sets of 8 reps
(Keep your chin tucked on hip thrusts)
⚡️Weighted Reverse Lunges - 3 sets of 8 reps each leg
Superset - 3 rounds:
⚡️Sumo Kettlebell Squats - 15 reps
⚡️Dumbbell Single Leg Deadlift - 8 reps each leg
⚡️Banded Side Steps - 1 round 45 seconds
⚡️Banded Glute Bridges - 1 round 50 reps (Keep chin tucked, and notice how I dig my shoulders and elbows into the ground so I can push up and out simultaneously)
BURNOUT:
⚡️Bent Over Hip Abductions - 25 reps
⚡️Straight Up Hip Abductions - 25 reps
