Posted an upper body yesterday so here’s a lower body workout today 🙌🏼
Complete each exercise 4-5 times then move on to the next:
✖️1/2-1 Full KB Deadlift - 10-12 reps
✖️Weighted Bulgarian Split Squats - 10-12 reps each leg
✖️Banded Goblet Squat Step Outs - 10 each way
✖️B-Stance Deadlift - 10-12 each leg
✖️Wide to Small Reverse Lunge - 8-10 each leg
Use what weights are challenging for you, and that could even just be body weight! And that’s fine, we all start somewhere. 💪🏼
