I love Wednesday’s! I love having a fresh start, thinking of what I can accomplish for the week, and start executing immediately!
I recorded yesterday’s leg day and wanted to share it with you this morning! I’m feeling it today 😅
✖️1-1/4 Banded Barbell Hip Thrusts - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
✖️Romanian Deadlifts - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Superset:
✖️Deficit Static Lunges - 4 sets of 8-10 each leg
✖️B-Stance Deadlifts - 4 sets of 10 each leg
✖️Banded Touch & Go Goblet Squats - 4 sets of 12-15 reps
✖️Constant Tension Banded Side Steps - 15-20 each leg
I really enjoyed this one and hope you try it out or give you ideas for your current programming 🙌🏼
A few days into my cut and I’m already to be done 😂😂 I hate cutting, I’m already thinking about my reverse diet lol! But this cut is only going to be about 5-6 weeks before I pull myself out of a deficit.
I have engagement photos mid-March so just doing a mini cut before then. Wish me luck for the rest of it 😂 I’m gonna need it! Lol.
