𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Did you know you can eat tacos, pizza, burgers, ice cream, donuts, cookies, etc. AND still lose weight?
Did you know that you’re not “unhealthy” if you enjoy those things?
I thought to lose weight, I had to give up all my favorite foods.
I thought I had to eat chicken and vegetables at every meal.
I thought I had to workout everyday and do tons of cardio.
I didn’t think I’d ever lose the weight or keep it off because I didn’t know how I was never gonna eat a burger or some ice cream again.
It wasn’t until I learned about energy balance that I truly started thriving.
I started tracking macros but still had a lot to learn.
I learned that I didn’t have to deprive myself of foods that I love.
I learned that I could reach my goals because I learned moderation.
I learned that perfection isn’t required.
Taking extreme routes isn’t necessary.
𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺.
Don’t listen to people who say carbs make you fat, or that you have to do tons of cardio to lose weight.
Just need a calorie deficit, moderation, consistency, and patience. ♥️
