LEG DAY, man, was I SWEATING today 😅 🏋🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️
Here’s a breakdown of what I did today:
(And as usual, sorry about the angles since I don’t have anyone to film me😂)
⭐️Hip Thrusts - 4 rounds of 6 reps
⭐️Weighted Step Ups - 4 rounds of 10 each leg
Superset - 4 rounds:
⭐️Goblet squats - 10 reps
⭐️Forward Leaning Hip Abductions - 20 reps
Superset - 4 rounds
⭐️Weighted Single Leg Glute Bridge - 10 each leg
⭐️Banded Donkey Kicks - 15 each leg
Finished with:
⭐️B-Stance Deadlifts - 4 rounds of 12 each leg
If you are not sure what a superset is, it’s a set of 2 exercises done back to back before you rest.
