I would be lying if I said the thought of how many cookies I ate over Christmas didn’t make me cringe a little bit
But then I thought about the memories.
The time spent with the ones I love.
THAT is what matters to me.
Did I eat more calories than usual? Oh yes.
Is that going to matter in the grand scheme of things? Absolutely not.
Because I am on my game 90% of the time.
I have a routine.
I enjoy my workouts.
I enjoy fueling my body with foods that make me feel good.
So a few days of eating cookies and all the other delicious Christmas food isn’t going to make a difference.
Do we see tons of progress in a few days of being on track? Nope.
So a few days off track won’t make a difference.
You look the same as you did 3 days ago.
Don’t beat yourself up.
Think back and be HAPPY of the memories you made.
We have tons of other days during the year to hit your macros.
Christmas isn’t one of them. ♥️
It’s a new day, a new week coming.
Just get back on track.
I promise nothing bad will happen. 😉
