Who should be doing full body workouts?
Usually I say if you are working out 3 days a week or less, full body workouts are perfect!
No need to split up body parts unless you train 4+ days a week.
With that being said, I know a lot of people are still working out at home
So here is a full body workout for you that only requires dumbbells! 🤗

✖️DB Thrusters - 4 sets of 10-15 reps
✖️Lateral Raises - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
✖️Pendulum Lunges - 4 sets of 8-10 each leg
✖️Alternating Shoulder Press - 4 sets of 10-12 each arm
✖️Bent Over Reverse Fly - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
✖️Squat Pulses - 4 sets of 15-20 reps
You can still get a solid workout in at home with just a set of dumbbells!
And remember, something is ALWAYS better than nothing!
You don’t need tons of fancy equipment.
You don’t need the perfect circumstances.
