Who should be doing full body workouts? ⁣

Usually I say if you are working out 3 days a week or less, full body workouts are perfect! ⁣

No need to split up body parts unless you train 4+ days a week. ⁣

With that being said, I know a lot of people are still working out at home⁣

So here is a full body workout for you that only requires dumbbells! 🤗⁣

✖️DB Thrusters - 4 sets of 10-15 reps ⁣

✖️Lateral Raises - 4 sets of 10-12 reps ⁣

✖️Pendulum Lunges - 4 sets of 8-10 each leg⁣

✖️Alternating Shoulder Press - 4 sets of 10-12 each arm ⁣

✖️Bent Over Reverse Fly - 4 sets of 10-12 reps⁣

✖️Squat Pulses - 4 sets of 15-20 reps⁣

You can still get a solid workout in at home with just a set of dumbbells! ⁣

And remember, something is ALWAYS better than nothing! ⁣

You don’t need tons of fancy equipment.⁣

You don’t need the perfect circumstances. ⁣

You got this. 💪🏼⁣
