Why staying motivated 24/7 is bullshit ⬇️⁣

I am asked ALL the time how I stay motivated. Want to know my secret? ⁣

I’m not. ⁣

“But how do you keep going if you’re not motivated?” ⁣

At first you will be forcing yourself. You’ll force yourself to get up in the morning to go to the gym. ⁣

You’ll force yourself to reach for more protein and vegetables most of the time rather than fast food. ⁣

You’ll force yourself to take more steps during the day. ⁣

Eventually it becomes second nature to you. And I’m not saying you will become perfect and won’t make mistakes. ⁣

But you will become more and more consistent and this will become your lifestyle and not something you have to force. ⁣

And when it becomes your lifestyle, you’ll never have to worry about motivation again. 👏🏼⁣
