I remember before I started my journey, I knew it was all about โ€œlifestyle changeโ€ and not dieting. โฃ

Until I learned that perfection and consistency are NOT the same.โฃ

Consistency is not trying to only eat โ€œhealthyโ€ and saying screw it if you eat a cookie. โฃ

Consistency is realizing that you can have off days with nutrition and still make progress. โฃ

โฃ

Consistency is enjoying vacation and coming back home and hopping back into your routine.โฃ

โฃ

Consistency is not beating yourself up for missing a workout or two.โฃ

โฃ

Consistency is knowing that life throws us curveballs we cannot control but do our best regardless.โฃ

Perfection is NOT required.โฃ

80% consistency means you can have 6-7 days out of the month where you โ€œmess up.โ€โฃ

80% consistency is a great place to be for progress.โฃ

You donโ€™t have to be extreme, you just need to be consistent.โฃ

One meal wonโ€™t make you unhealthy just like one workout wonโ€™t make you healthy.โฃ
