Spent the day at our local water park yesterday lounging in the pool and sun, ate some yummy food, drank a virgin piña colada, and totally relaxed.
2nd trimester has definitely been a dream lol!
No nausea or vomiting, amazing energy levels, workouts feeling amazing, honestly just feeling like my normal self! 🙌🏼
Soaking it up while I can lol!
Client check-ins today and going for a long walk!
Back to the gym tomorrow 💪🏼
It’s okay to have days where you relax and your goals aren’t the forefront.
We are what we do MOST of the time, not what we do SOME of the time.
You did not ruin anything by taking a day off, or not tracking macros for a day or 2.
